Mask Donation Request
For every mask sold on EAT Healthy Designs, we will donate a mask to an essential worker in need.
If you work at a place, or know of a business, that needs masks please let us know!
Below, please be sure to leave:
- Your contact information (name and email)
- The name of the business that needs the masks
- A brief description of the type of business (healthcare, grocery, delivery, first responders, etc.)
- Roughly how many masks are needed
We will be in contact if we are able to meet your request.
Please note that these will be the masks donated.
