How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days of processing after an order has been placed before it is shipped. We are a small business and strive to send out every order with care as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping time depends on the distance your package has to travel, but traveling time is usually 1-3 days.
Can I rush my product shipment?
At this time there is no separate shipping option available for expedited shipping. If you need your order sooner than 3-5 days email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you. *Additional fees may apply
Where is my order being shipped from?
EAT healthy designs is based out of Southern California, and all orders are shipped from Southern California.
What are your shipping and handling rates?
We offer a flat rate of $6 on all orders under $50 shipped in the United States. We offer a flat rate of $18 on all orders shipped to Canada. Free shipping will automatically be applied to orders over $50 shipped in the United States. Free shipping is calculated before tax.
Do you charge sales tax?
A 7.5% state sales tax is charged on orders shipped within the state of California. An additional 0 - 2.5% municipal/other tax may be applied depending on the region of the order.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
At this time we do not offer shipping to APO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only offer International shipping to Canada. If you live outside the United States and Canada and would like our products, email us at email@example.com and we can work with you on a case by case basis to ship to you!
What if I entered in the wrong address?

Is my transaction secure?
Yes! All payments are processed through Shopify processing or PayPal and are very secure.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Our prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
What is your exchange and refund policy?
We are always saddened when someone wants a refund or return on our products, but we do honor a return and exchange policy. If an exchange is requested within 30 days of delivery, first send us an email with your request at email@example.com. The item being exchanged must be returned undamaged or unworn and shipping back to EAT is to be paid by the consumer. As soon as we receive the item we will complete the exchange and send out the new product. If a return is requested within 30 days of delivery, first send us an email with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org. The item being returned must be returned undamaged or unworn and shipping back to EAT is to be paid by the consumer. Upon receiving the items we will refund the full purchase price of the returned item. If the products have been deemed damaged upon receiving the items, a refund may be denied. The product I want to order is out of stock.
The product you have ordered seems to be popular which has caused a shortage. Email us at email@example.com with the product and size you are waiting for, and we will place you on the waiting list. If the product you are requesting is limited edition, I am sorry but once those are gone they are gone for good. Keep in touch with us on social media, and sign up for our newsletter to get up to date information on when new product becomes available.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
At this time, we do not. We do offer the option of sending a package to a gift recipient with a personalized note. Leave a message in the notes section of your order instructing us on what you would like your note to say.
How do I add a gift note to my order?
Let us know in the notes section of check out that you want to add a gift note and what you want your note to say and we can make that happen.
Can you send my purchase directly to a gift recipient?
Yes we can. In the shipping address put in the gift recipients address and we will mail it directly to them.
Do you offer your products wholesale?
We do offer wholesale prices! If you are interested in being an authorized retailer of EAT healthy design products, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an application.
Can I find your products locally?
Currently our products can only be found on our on-line store. If you would like to see our products in your neighborhood, let your local stationery store know about us and send us an email at email@example.com and we will work on making that happen.
Do you do custom orders?
We are capable of doing custom orders. Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your idea, and we will be in touch. We have done custom T-shirts, totes, and stationery in the past.
Are you environmentally friendly?
Being friendly to the environment is a huge deal to us. Currently, our cards are printed with vegetable base inks with low VOC emissions on paper that is sustainably sourced. Our envelopes are currently made up of 70% recycled material and the paper our art prints are printed on comes from trees harvested under the Sustainable Forest Initiative.
Are your products made in ‘Murka?
All of our products are proudly designed and printed in America.
How do I find out about sales and specials?
We will announce our sales and specials on our website, through our newsletter, and through our social media outlets. So make sure to add us on your favorite social media outlets so you don’t miss a beet!
